Made by Sophia at the Produce Hub as a fundraiser for her favourite charity, Aussie Ark. She has nearly reached her goal of $150. You can come along to a Produce Hub on Thursday mornings from 9.30am at the Tennis Shelter and buy some locally made treats.
Ingredients:
395g tin condensed milk
250g desiccated coconut
1 cup jam (your favourite)
1 tsp vanilla essence
Method:
Preheat oven to 180c
Mix condensed milk, coconut and vanilla essence together
Wet hands first then scoop 1tbs of mixture and roll into balls. Place onto baking tray
Indent with thumb or back of spoon and fill with jam
Cook for 10mins or until starting to brown
